Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

CohnReznick does not care about their employees. They also promote people based on favoritism who are absolutely not qualified to lead a team. I was hired for my role and received no training and no face time with my manager. Even though its considered a "hybrid" work environment, very few people actually come into the office. It's impossible to get clear guidance on your role when no one is available to meet or chat. My counterpart in Virginia had a different boss who was very hands-on, trained and mentored her, and supported her every step of the way when she started. The fact that I got "left behind" by a manager who didn't care was incredibly obvious and made it difficult for me to seek out support. It's also perfectly acceptable for managers to not answer e-mails. I had a relative who was in hospice and I e-mailed my boss three times with the same request to take PTO to travel out of town and say goodbye to a dying loved one. My boss never replied, and my aunt passed away without me getting to see her one last time. Right when this happened, I also had a life-saving surgery happen due to a chronic illness that left me barely functioning and really struggling. I reached out to my boss and also HR for support and resources, and nothing came of it. On top of this, as others have mentioned, they are unethical. I took some PTO ( which was approved) and then got a job offer shortly thereafter so I resigned. In my final payout notice, HR tried to get me to reimburse me for my used PTO, which is unlawful in the state where I work. Overall, I don't recommend anyone work at a company that has little to no regard for their staff, has high expectations without clear requirements and sufficient training, and unresponsive supervisors.

Pros

A great place to work. Ethical leadership and very educated and motivated coworkers. I was proud to work here.

Cons

Sometimes certain managers on projects may not be up to par. However, a good partner will weed them out eventually.

Pros

The remote/hybrid work environment provides a good level of flexibility and work-life balance. The health insurance benefits are decent, and the firm offers a generous holiday schedule.

Cons

Compensation is low relative to the workload and expectations. Employees who leave are often not replaced, resulting in their responsibilities being distributed among remaining team members. This has led to increased workloads, burnout, and a feeling of being overworked and underpaid. Frequent budget cuts create additional challenges by limiting resources and support while expectations continue to increase. The 401(k) match is also significantly below what many comparable firms offer. Overall, morale has suffered as teams are expected to do more with fewer people and fewer resources.
