Sometimes certain managers on projects may not be up to par. However, a good partner will weed them out eventually.

Remote work, pockets of good people

Leadership increased work week hours without grandfathering in PTO, reduced holidays, discontinued PTO carryover, and no longer pays out accrued PTO on separation. So, everyone below partner took a pay cut. Specialty groups not cohesive; partners not collaborative; you work “for” and not “with”
