Pros

- Leaving the company - Currently working at an organization where I'm flourishing - Earning way more than I did at this joke of a company

Cons

If you’re considering a job at CohnReznick, run—don’t walk—away. This company is nothing short of a career purgatory with zero room for professional growth, learning, or meaningful training. Here’s the brutal reality: managers and partners are more interested in covering their own incompetence than fostering talent. They routinely place employees they dislike on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as a smokescreen for their own failures. The management team is embarrassingly unqualified. They consistently "wing it" and, unsurprisingly, that’s why they’re stuck at CohnReznick—no other reputable company would tolerate their mediocrity. When these so-called leaders are handed projects beyond their knowledge, they pass the responsibility down to associates and senior associates. And when things inevitably go sideways, guess who gets the blame? The very people who were left holding the bag. Adding insult to injury, CohnReznick’s attitude toward military personnel is downright disgraceful. They have the nerve to berate employees who are part-time soldiers, showing a shocking lack of respect for those who serve. Interns are lured in with false promises and unrealistic expectations, only to quickly realize the harsh reality of working at CohnReznick. The company’s efforts to groom interns for future roles end up revealing just how bad things truly are. In summary, CohnReznick is a professional dead end. The environment is toxic, the management is inept, and the overall experience is dismal. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

A great place to work. Ethical leadership and very educated and motivated coworkers. I was proud to work here.

Cons

Sometimes certain managers on projects may not be up to par. However, a good partner will weed them out eventually.

Pros

The remote/hybrid work environment provides a good level of flexibility and work-life balance. The health insurance benefits are decent, and the firm offers a generous holiday schedule.

Cons

Compensation is low relative to the workload and expectations. Employees who leave are often not replaced, resulting in their responsibilities being distributed among remaining team members. This has led to increased workloads, burnout, and a feeling of being overworked and underpaid. Frequent budget cuts create additional challenges by limiting resources and support while expectations continue to increase. The 401(k) match is also significantly below what many comparable firms offer. Overall, morale has suffered as teams are expected to do more with fewer people and fewer resources.
