New management has made many poor and selfish choices. Buildings are dilapidated. HVAC systems are ancient and failing. Promises are frequently broken. Managers threaten employees, throw temper tantrums and lie. Superiors request favors outside of work and behave unprofessionally. Some employees are treated like gods with unbelievable benefits and some are treated like trash. Pay is poor. Work is often outsourced that should be done in-house faster for less. It seems management doesn’t want any in house repairs made; would prefer to outsource all work. Waste is rampant. There are no end of year reviews or evaluations. Hard work and loyalty goes unappreciated.
