Pros

Average to above average pay. Nice, intelligent people who really want to do their best to grow the company while growing themselves.

Cons

Extraordinary turnover of a small staff - at least one or two a month out of less than 20 staff and agents. People literally running out of the office crying once a week. Mercurial CEO who disappears from the office for days, only to come in at 7 p.m., work until 3 a.m., and leave rivers of marked-up papers scattered over everyone's chairs and desks, with multiple VMs asking why changes haven't been made by 8 a.m. No direction in advance, no follow-through, much paranoia that you are somehow working against her. Lack of professionalism and astonishingly poor management skills of junior members. One woman actually pulled her hair out in small tufts every day for 6 months before she quit - with bald spots.

Pros

Recognition due to the name

Cons

Although we are independent contractors, the broker continues to micromanage and it’s unbelievable how much money they take from our commissions.
