Recovering from PTSD from this Job - Sales Support Administrator Coldwell Banker Employee Review

Where do I start... The pay is horrible, especially for the area. If you are not a real estate agent you get worked like a slave. The workload is actually impossible especially since we are not allowed overtime. The turnover rate is crazy, no one last more than 6 months. All that being said, it gets worse management makes the place a living hell. This is the only job where I have gotten yelled at and purposely excluded from events and activities. You are expected to know everything without being properly trained. When you voice concerns management reflects the problem back to you. No accountability taken by upper management.
