Wonderful coworkers, rewarding work. Decent amount of autonomy. Flexible work schedule. Even on bad days I went home knowing I'd made a positive difference in someone's life.

Cons

Lack of day to day support. Little to no willingness to take action and responsibility for management made problems. Inequitable pay- the quality of your work doesn't matter in terms of compensation. Insufficient time allowed for expected productivity.
