Not an employee, but saw how they treat people - Business Owner and Chief Executive Officer Coleman World Group Employee Review

I have not worked here, however I have witnessed how they seem to go through pilots in their flight department. In a 3 year period, I have seen at least 8 or 9 different pilots either quit or get fired. I have heard that they pay very little. Any normal person would think that a company would want to keep the best and treat them better? These are the ones that have your life at their command. Pilots based at the same airport have nothing but negative observations of this company. Been told that the pay is way below national average with a above average schedule.
