Definitely way more cons than pros. The salary is so low, especially for Nashville. The manager is only 26 and has no idea how to run an office. The company is spending more money to keep the office running than the office is actually making in profit, if that tells you anything. When I started, the office was pretty full. Since then, more than half of the office has quit because of upper management. You have to work with a team from India on a daily basis and they are very difficult to understand, thus creating unnecessary stress.
