None really, the training program has been very helpful. I would say the metrics for which I was to be evaluated on changed from when I was brought on, to the day I was promoted. Make expectations clear from day one as to exactly what you need to hit in order to be considered for promotion.
Also, stop trying to be Insight Global. Collabera is a superior company to work for, do not deviate from this. Insight has poor employee reviews for a reason.
Worth noting: One of our cultural values is “being responsive beyond imagination”, however I feel like not everyone lives up to this. Instill this more with everyone, across the company.
