Pros
Fresher-friendly company. A decent place to learn a lot of entry-level things and gain early experience. Good work surrounding the environment and culture.
Cons
(Without exaggerating anything, my sincere and honest feedback) The company is not dynamic at all. They are always quality-centric and push employees to chase targets which does not make any logic and they don't invest time to refine the targets that were set years back and are not relevant anymore. Very biased and dishonest towards employees. Recognizes only who seems valuable to them not who adds value. They appreciate based on what will be done next and not on the basis on what has been done actually. They respect tenure over skills and knowledge. The management policies are very illogical and stupid. They don't respect the concerns of the other at all and are very stringent. They are living in their own world where they don't want to accept what is going on outside. Some managers/leads are so pathetic they don't even hesitate to be based and try to make us work in their own way. The environment is more of getting work done instead of getting innovations to improve services. They don't pay aptly compared to the market/industry standards. They pay good incentives but don't make it a part of CTC so when you switch companies, you are in a big salary loss. The management is very one-sided and you are not able to share your thoughts openly. Very disrespectful towards their employee's loyalty and honesty. Very slow in getting internal development. Imagine, they take 2 months to calculate and pay incentives.
