Pros
I worked at Collabera for the last 2 years and while everyone’s experience is unique to themselves, I’ve noticed that people who generally don’t want to work very hard, don’t come in early, don’t want to learn, don’t want to be challenged, and don’t truly want to be pushed out of their comfort zone don’t make it here. And btw the same holds true for people who join Tek, IG, Innova, Apex (top 4). These are organizations who are trying to grow a business, and grow revenue, not babysit the lazy. Everyone wants the glory of success but not everyone is willing to go all in. Many people say they want to be great but when they’re faced with the sacrifices needed to be great, they start to blame the company instead of looking inward and being honest that they actually are holding themself back. Apply at these companies only if you’re willing to go all in.
Cons
Sales and high earning looks glamorous, but hard work is the only constant in your control. Unfortunately this is a place where effort and attitude matter. Can’t get away with faking at this company.
