Senior leaders self serving and create unnecessary competition among the ranks. Senior leaders line their pockets with huge bonuses and constantly change performance management system so rank and file bonuses are kept low.

Great coworkers to be around, great benefits, work-life balance was perfect before the middle management layoffs. Collaborating with teams is constant and helpful for the design process.
Cons
They cut the research team, relying on designs to take on that plus end-to-end products, which leaves to heavy work loads and late nights. Deadlines are rather quicker than usual since the reorg.
