Benefits and retirement contributions are very good.
Cons
The Executive Leadership Team is incapable of running the organization and the Board of Trustees need to take an active interest in the decisions to continue to reorg to "fix the problems". Possibly the reason this leadership team needs to continue to RIF employees is because they are the root problem? Two major reorgs under David Coleman and Jeremy Singer in less than 10 years. Someone isn't doing their job, and it isn't the rank and file employee.
