Pros

100% remote since covid is the only pro lately

Cons

Though CEO is very vocal about racism and constantly raise his support/voice against racism outside organization, either he is not aware of what is happening within the org or letting it go the way it's been going for last several years. The racism is at it's peak in different forms: either it's for promotion, bonuses, or even in a casual meetings. People who have a habit of pulling other's legs are being rewarded, people who speak a lot and do the minimum work are being rewarded. If you have a skill of praising your manager( there are some exceptional managers who are very good and unbiased but I doubt they will stay there for long term) then probably you're still fine. I still think CEO, President, CTO are the people who cares about employee but I doubt they get the real picture of the people who work very hard. I suggest CEO, President, CTO to get the direct anonymous feedback from those people who work hard on day to day basis and take an immediate action based on the feedbacks received for the betterment of the organization
