Pros

Health Insurance, general benefits and paid time off.

Cons

Micromanagement, no autonomy whatsoever, low pay. No trust of employees to perform their daily tasks. Low moral overall throughout the agency. Costant gripping about low pay, high rents and overpriced real estate. Most employees cannot afford to live in Naples, or Collier County.
