Pros

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Cons

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful

Pros

There used to be a 4 day work week. Unsure if that is still an option to employees.

Cons

Both Directors of PM are mean very spirited individuals. There are no consequences for poor behavior of Property Managers toward the APM's. Hostile environment and bullying. Wouldn't go back if they salary was tripled. Portfolio sizes are large enough to keep team busy. Leadership actively holds back opportunities for promotions for some.
