Depends on the office - Anonymous employee Colliers Employee Review

Colliers as a whole runs very lean. The office I worked in, local leadership was so frugal, it was debilitating. Also, the local HR/administration manager was a joke and should not be in that position. Brokers run the show and support staff is not really valued. Since Colliers has slowly acquired offices, there is a huge disconnect between the different offices. Every office seems to be doing something different and there is no real communication or sharing of resources.
