Property Management - Anonymous employee Colliers Employee Review

Colliers becomes your family - you will NOT see or be able to spend time with your family. This is highly frowned upon. PTO is something you take but you will be required to work about 4 hours for every day of PTO you take. For instance, take a day and be charged with 8 hours of PTO but you will end up logging in and working for at least 4 hours. Holidays (hahaha) same thing. There is no SINCERE appreciation. You work on your PTO and holidays and work 10 -12 hour days and then get called out for not doing something. Like I said no one cares about the employees or the middle managers - they just care about the $$$.
