White Boys Club - SF Office Colliers Employee Review

Pros

I agree with other reviews that men in this office think it's okay to rub against women and watch innapropriate videos on their computers at their desk. Lots of bragging about hot women, hiring escorts in Las Vegas, and laughing about new moms who need to feed their babies in a "special room." This company condones white men getting away with everything.

Cons

This will always be a white men's fraternity and you most likely will not do anything about it. You might force people to take some jokey online harassment training.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Constructive feedback helps us make relevant changes and improvements to ensure a consistent and excellent employee experience. Colliers in no way condones inappropriate behavior in the workplace, and has a zero tolerance policy on bullying, harassment and workplace violence of any kind. Colliers employees are encouraged to speak out and report harassment of any kind through Colliers Direct – a third party reporting pathway where employees can share their concerns about behaviors anonymously. These reports are always followed up appropriately through Human Resources, Employee Relations and Management. Should you wish to share more information, you may reach Colliers Direct (staffed 24 hours a day by a separately owned and operated company) at 1-844-525-1887.

Pros

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Cons

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
