Finance Department - Finance Colliers Employee Review

Salaries were below industry standard. No training was provided...it was expected that you figure out all systems and how they integrate without anyone assisting and the you are penalized for asking questions. Management was unclear with expectations and liked to "corporate speak" rather than being concise and plain-speaking. Must wait at least 3 years for promotion, even if performance is exceptional (unless there is some nepotism involved). Expectations at each level were far above industry standard for lower than industry standard pay (for example, senior accountants were operating at manager level; intermediate at senior level; etc).
