Pros

NONE they won't listen, because they only care about partying

Cons

Non supportive incompetent leadership. HR cares nothing about the employees and are bias towards upper management. The under current of racism is real. No structure, lack of communication between departments and inner political battles that affect anyone under the associate directors. The associate director for the DMV is incompetent, OPENLY racist, has a strange alliance with the APM's and is very trigger happy. You are overworked and over looked until you make a mistake. The workload is impossible especially since the AD has minimal experience

We certainly appreciate your insight and sharing your concerns with us. We are all entitled to a safe workplace free of abuse and harassment. We do not tolerate any abusive, harassing, or offensive conduct whether verbal, physical or visual, at any level of the organization. Therefore, employees are always expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. In particular, Management personnel are expected to set a high standard of professional conduct at work and be seen as “setting a positive example.” We take all allegations of harassment very seriously and would be grateful if you would reach out directly to me Kerris Hougardy, Vice President, People Services – North America, Executive Champion, North America Diversity & Inclusion Program, at kerris.hougardy@colliers.com to discuss confidentially. Alternatively, you are encouraged to log a formal complaint (confidentially and anonymously) via the Colliers Direct Hotline which can be found via the Colliers Hub.

Pros

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Cons

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
