Pros
A very warm and welcoming company ! Equality, regarding roles and positions, is highly important, thus one doesn't feel he/she is higher or lower in position than someone else. Being open is encouraged and appreciated. Most concerns raised are being listed to and in fact acted on where reasonably possible. Room for development and training, not limited just to the role you do. Training/learning process is smooth and you get the support both during and after.
Cons
The focus in various aspects tends to be on London offices mainly. where regional offices seem to lack the same equal attention. Could be much more diverse and open-minded in terms of people's self-expression and dress code, slightly too conservative in some way for 2021 e.g. no piercings or died hair, which makes you feel that you cannot be yourself 100%
