Pros
- Large network of professionals across the globe and US, so there are many opportunities if you enjoy the work. - They were open to utilizing skills and expanding projects you work on based on your interests. - They supported continuing education and involvement in external organizations.
Cons
- Salary was average but not competitive. Earning a raise (beyond 3%) was difficult. - Promotions did not include raises, just title changes. - The type of management styles are dependent on the state you are working in. Very traditional vs progressive.
