      Pros

      There are many pros: flexibility, pay, hours. The associates are very nice and respectful. You are always encouraged to reach out to management with any problems.

      Cons

      Sometimes the politics of working at a large corporation get in the way such as not knowing who to reach out for what and getting things taken care of in a timely manner.
