Pros

Work lots of hours. Comapny vehicle that you have to pay for.

Cons

Geomatics pros beware. Micromanagement at its finest. Charlotte office ineperienced. Employees treated improperly. The worse place I have ever worked in 25+ years.

Pros

-Covers professional exam costs UP-FRONT + completion bonus! -Corporate perks / initiatives are plentiful -Frequent lunch & learn seminars -Solid office culture / humor / team rapport

Cons

-Impactful projects are much fewer than 'bread & butter' projects -Commercial program work can pigeon-hole junior staff / limit skill-building -Inconsistent staffing (hurry up & wait) & management style between PMs -Growth from acquisitions prioritized over efficiency / streamlining of existing and new company knowledge & standards -Corporate bureaucratic processes can be frustrating
