Pros

Family oriented, great technical minds, and some of the best benefits in the industry. Career advancement is based on merit, not seniority. 1yr, 3yr and 5yr business plan looks like a 15%+ gain in gross revenue yoy (nice!).

Cons

None other than we have too much work; we need more engineers!

Pros

-Covers professional exam costs UP-FRONT + completion bonus! -Corporate perks / initiatives are plentiful -Frequent lunch & learn seminars -Solid office culture / humor / team rapport

Cons

-Impactful projects are much fewer than 'bread & butter' projects -Commercial program work can pigeon-hole junior staff / limit skill-building -Inconsistent staffing (hurry up & wait) & management style between PMs -Growth from acquisitions prioritized over efficiency / streamlining of existing and new company knowledge & standards -Corporate bureaucratic processes can be frustrating
