Pros

Job security due to the financial security of a large company like Colliers.

Cons

Has been little to no room for growth, makes no effort to train and retain young talent, constantly hiring mid-senior level managment and work falls to the few junior employees. Every year you are promised a larger bonus the next year, The bonuses have only gotten smaller since I arrived.
