Pros

Your experience at this company will depend on which department you are hired to work in as they each function as small companies within a larger one. My experience was overall pretty good. Management seems to take suggestions into consideration and makes changes per comments.

Cons

Pay is below market value. Pressure to be efficient. Occasional unreasonable deadlines.

Pros

-Covers professional exam costs UP-FRONT + completion bonus! -Corporate perks / initiatives are plentiful -Frequent lunch & learn seminars -Solid office culture / humor / team rapport

Cons

-Impactful projects are much fewer than 'bread & butter' projects -Commercial program work can pigeon-hole junior staff / limit skill-building -Inconsistent staffing (hurry up & wait) & management style between PMs -Growth from acquisitions prioritized over efficiency / streamlining of existing and new company knowledge & standards -Corporate bureaucratic processes can be frustrating
