Horrible Leadership - Administrative Assistant Collin College Employee Review

*mgmt is really, really bad depending upon the department (accounting, conference services) *mgmt is self-serving and has favorites of their staff that are protected and are allowed to not follow the rules that they require of everyone else, so it is very visible the preferential treatment and causes division among the staff as you would expect *mgmt avoids dealing with issues, which of course, then get worse and upset the staff *no advancement opportunities *mgmt of college workaround the board to do things that should require approval but break into smaller chunks so they don't have to go thru the board
