The greater company has expressed that it is not interested in expanding the technology this office manages. The business unit itself does not generate a large amount of cash. Digitization and telework has pushed workflow to other sites and associates rely on internal "gig work" to stay busy. Business unit is nebulous and without direction. Decisions are poorly made and transparency is minimal. Finger pointing is the cultural norm when problems arise. Tenured employees are frustrated by change. Other office locations within the division seem more organized and direction.
