      Interesting projects to work on if you're in the right team. Managers are generally flexible if you need to take time here and there for appointments and catch up later.

      Cons

      Big company bureaucracy and terrible IT that slows work down. Constantly changing management structures when time could be spent making the current system work and improving over time. Program manager heavy.
