      Inside, climate controlled, laid back work environment, very little/no forced OT.

      Cons

      Management is pretty bad. No communication, no follow through, very little process improvement, no accountability, etc.

      Layoffs Was told the company will only take care of their own, meaning the high potentials at corporate Long tenured employees are not valued
