Pros
Great job for those of us hwo are very sales driven, and enjoy the ability to work from your home office if you desire. Sales goal expectation are very liberal, and a great amount of hard work and dedication is required to succeed in this company.The company expects a great deal of work performance for all of it employees.
Cons
You are only as good as your last number, if you do not produce you will be demoted then let go if you do not improve.
