Working for Colonial Penn has been a life-changing experience for not only me, but my family too. The flexibility allows you the opportunity to balance your home/work life without being overwhelmed. The diversity within the company makes it easy to fit in regardless of your background or beliefs. I absolutely love my CP work family and plan to retire with our company.

With the unexpected event of Covid and everyone shifting to remote work, the company has faced some technological challenges that they work on diligently and consistently to improve.
