Good workers there, some of who are working too hard. Nice area for lunch.
Cons
During the interview process the manager asked me what I was being paid before. That is illegal in the state of New Jersey. Also some workers should not be salary, they should be hourly. In order to be salary you have to meet certain requirements. The job I was doing did not fall under salary. That means some employees should be getting over time and aren't. They have lawsuits on their hands if they don't fix this. Also A company should not be telling workers that in order to potentially get a raise they have to come in early and work late that is unethical Yes they can say that but they really shouldn't be. There is also only one black person in the office and only young people that work in the office which shows me that they don't retain people and that they can take advantage of young workers who don't know any better.
