Pros
I enjoy the people. We have had some rapid growth, but we still have the culture/feel of a company that is much smaller than what we are. Everyone is extremely friendly.
Cons
The location! Monroe, WI is not for everyone. It's a great town, but not a lot to do. You need to commute to Madison, Rockford, or Dubuque if you want to open up your restaurant and shipping options.
