Vto, co workers, set schedule and pay.
Cons
They are VERY observant of you phone time as well as when you are off the phone. It can be very menotenous! If you work in a higher position be prepared to be told you are not doing good enough. Because it never is! No matter what you do! They also need to stop changing things every week! It is absolutely rediculous!
