Pros
You can make decent money working during peak season (Oct-late Dec) especially if you can work 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends, have great attendance and work through the end of the season. There are shift, attendance, and weekend incentives that make it worthwhile. For example, Saturdays are an extra $3 and Sundays are an extra $5/hour.
Cons
There is no such thing as a regular employee at CB. Even if you've worked there for 20 years, you will still be called a "temporary full-time" employee. (Why is this even legal?) The only people who are considered permanent are supervisors and management. You can get health insurance after a year or so but, it's very expensive. There are also some retirement benefits after awhile. There is no PTO, vacation or sick days because, you know, you're still just "temporary".
