      Pros

      Friendly and welcoming co-workers. Nice facilities. They contribute a lot to the community. Great benefits and their own Wellness Center. It is a pleasant work atmosphere.

      Cons

      As people left, either by retirement or because they chose other employment, they are not being replaced so the workload is extremely heavy. They say they value work/life balance, but it is not realistic given the demands of the job.
