Poor review structure due to a standardized HR process and lack of project planning in some teams, forced back in office with some people getting exceptions, out-of-touch management giving the same scripted responses and exaggerating their accomplishments, feedback is consistently ignored with no meaningful changes happening, waiting to hear on executive/business decisions because of recent profitability concerns which can take weeks or months
