      Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      The company will not survive until the end of the decade. They are a catalog company running COBOL on a mainframe. Cannot keep talent because they pay very low with no room for improvement. Pay raises have been in the 2% range for a decade or more. Clueless management and constantly changing priorities. Cost cutting now affecting software needed to do our jobs.
