Met some great people, and some good conversations
Cons
Culture changed in 2025. Not replacing members of the team. Expecting more from people because of it. If people are replaced it seems to be third party off shore, off hours, and we have to fix their mistakes. Didn't invest in employees continued education. Tech stack is falling behind.
