      Great owners and resources lots of communication they let individuals manage in their own style but within the company policy

      Cons

      The company is growing very fast and maybe needs to re evaluate on Which members of management need to pickup some more responsibility to help these transitions happen smoother. In the end we will all benefit the outcome together.

      plant management don’t align with Human Resources department.

      No good place to work , but for management very good salaries.
