      Pros

      The people that work there are so hard-working, but the expectations of bosses are to far-fetched. A person can only work so hard for so long without burning out.

      Cons

      The workload will continue to increase with no financial compensation. Bonus's are dangled in front of you but when it comes down to it, they are no where near comparable to the workload.

      plant management don’t align with Human Resources department.

      Cons

      No good place to work , but for management very good salaries.
