      Pros

      Fun and easy job, get to go around and meet people and talk with them. Learn a lot of stuff even if you’ve been in the auto body industry for a while

      Cons

      Commission is set up poorly. You don’t get a cut of your sales UNLESS a shop sets up an account with you! Many of the shops I make sales at already have accounts or don’t want to set one up, so I’m losing commission on 95% of the sales I make, so I’m basically stuck at base salary.

      Pros

      Easy work, lots of down time

      Cons

      No training or willingness to teach you. No room for growth, can have heavy lifting. The building I was at was very run down and had poor ventilation. No emergency protocol so when chemicals still on you and is burning your skin you have to drive home to shower and change.
