Plus a monthly bonus for PT and FT team members if store reaches sales goal. Recognition and gift card reward for hard workers. I was fortunate to work with a team of genuine managers who cared about the employees. Easy to succeed and be promoted in-store if associate takes initiative to learn.
Cons
Payroll allowance is linked to previous year's sales - can make it difficult to meet goals if there was no specific reason for a high sales week. Our store fluctuated greatly due to tourists and weather. DMs not always on same page as store staff in terms of realistic goals or individual store quirks.
