Pros
The hours are very flexible and you are able to make your own schedule if so desired after getting hired. The discount is great too and employee appreciation discount is even better. PTO and Holiday pay is reasonable.
Cons
Low pay, ignore employees thoughts and concerns about bettering the business and management, incompetent management in the retail division, no upward growth opportunity, no policy structure which allows for inconsistent and fair application to employees, favoritism , dishonesty of management staff
