      Pros

      Although I am contracted out to the Air Force, they treat me like an employee that they see on a daily basis. They are fair and very gracious with their benefits and reward us all with extras throughout the year.

      I have no cons on CTP.

      CTP is a small company that really cares about their employees, it is a great work environment with excellent benefits and competitive pay.
