Pros
Not many anymore. The pay is okay. The company is doing well financially. That’s as good as it gets. The benefits used to be good but not anymore.
Cons
Senior leaders are the same old worn out leaders. The company recently rolled out new mission, vision and values. It wouldn’t be so bad if there were new senior leaders that believed in them and actually lived them. They don’t trust each other and treat the people badly. The company is doing well and still cutting heads. Not a stable place to be, especially if you are a female in management. Seems like they don’t want them here. They tend to find a way to move them out. It’s really a bad environment. I think everyone was happy to get a new CEO but that has just been disappointing. The new philosophy seems to be get rid of the worker bees and add more high dollar executives. Also there is so much turnover in HR....again...I guess that’s what happens when they start reporting to legal. What company in this day and age does that??
